  1. How is the Organic Parent meal service structured?
    Our concept revolves around providing a daily-changing menu featuring colorful, kid-friendly recipes to ensure that children don't get bored with repetitive meals. We aim to keep our menu unique for at least a month, with each day introducing a different recipe. Only the most popular dishes might be repeated, otherwise, we offer 30 distinct recipes for 30 days.
  2. Does your Tiny Tummy meal service include any preservatives?
    Organic Parent offers Mom-crafted meals designed for children, supporting growth and nourishment without the use of preservatives.
  3. Does the service operate daily, including weekends?
    No, at present we do delivery only on weekdays.
  4. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel your Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly subscription anytime by contacting us through our support team.
  5. Is there a minimum charge if I cancel early?
    Yes. Even if you cancel within a few days or in the middle of a month, you will be charged for a full month at the standard monthly rate (no discount).
  6. What happens if I cancel my Yearly subscription after a month?
    We will:
    – Charge for 1 month at the actual monthly rate
    – Deduct a ₹200 processing fee
    – Refund the remaining balance to your original payment method
  7. What if I cancel mid-month during a Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly plan?
    Partial months are counted as full months. If you cancel after 10 or 25 days, you are charged for the entire month at the monthly rate.
  8. Do I get a refund for a Monthly subscription?
    No. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.
  9. How is the refund calculated for Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly plans?
    Refund = Total amount paid – (Used months × Monthly rate) – ₹200 processing fee
    "Used months" are always rounded up to the nearest full month.
  10. Can I pause or skip meals instead of cancelling?
    Yes! You can pause or skip meals by informing us before 6 PM the previous day.
    • Quarterly Plan: Up to 9 skips allowed
    • Half-Yearly Plan: Up to 18 skips allowed
    • Yearly Plan: Up to 30 skips allowed
    Skipped meals will be carried forward and extended beyond your subscription period.
  11. Will I be refunded for skipped meals?
    No. Skipped meals are not refunded, but they are added to your remaining balance and served after your original end date.
  12. When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation and will be credited to your original payment method.
